Crispy Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbs paprika
You’ll also need these tools:
- Cutting board and sharp knife
- Gallon size food storage bag
- Cooking spray
- Aluminum foil and baking sheet
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spray lightly with cooking spray, and set aside.
- Slice each potato lengthwise into 6-8 wedges, rinse with cool water, and set aside.
- In the food storage bag, combine all seasonings with the Parmesan cheese.
- Add the potato wedges to the seasoning mixture. Seal the bag VERY securely, and shake well to coat the wedges with the seasoning and cheese mixture.
- Arrange the coated potato wedges on the prepared pan – it’s best if none of them are touching, to ensure all edges and sides get nice and crispy!
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until fork tender. Enjoy as soon as they’re cool enough to eat!
